Legal
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Rasa Vision and related digital services provided by PresentID. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, installing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Present ID, operating under the PresentID brand ("PresentID", "we", "us", or "our").
They apply to the Rasa Vision application, website, subscription services, software, digital content, and any related services made available by PresentID.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the service or purchase a subscription.
Section 01

- "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
- "Subscription" means a paid plan granting access to the Service for a defined period.

Section 02
About Rasa Vision
Rasa Vision is an intelligent accessibility-focused voice assistant designed for compatible Android devices. It provides features such as voice commands, screen reading, voice navigation, notifications, voice interaction, accessibility assistance, and other functions described within the Service.
The availability of specific features may depend on the user's device, Android version, permissions, system configuration, internet connection, and other technical requirements.
PresentID may improve, modify, update, or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer protection and digital-service laws.
Section 03
Eligibility and Account
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account, except where the applicable law provides otherwise.
You must notify PresentID without undue delay if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
PresentID may require additional information where necessary to process a subscription, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security of the Service.
Section 04
Subscription and Trial Period
Certain features of Rasa Vision may be made available during a promotional or trial period. The duration and conditions of any trial period will be communicated to the user before or at the beginning of the trial.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription.
Subscription plans, prices, durations, and applicable taxes will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
The applicable price is the price presented to the consumer at the time the order is placed, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Section 05
Prices and Payment
Subscription prices are displayed on the applicable purchase page before the user confirms the order.
Where applicable, prices include taxes required under French law. Any mandatory additional charges will be communicated before the order is completed.
Payment is processed through the payment method or payment provider made available by PresentID.
PresentID does not receive or store complete payment-card credentials where payment processing is handled by an independent payment provider.
If a payment is unsuccessful, access to paid features may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved, subject to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Section 06
Right of Withdrawal
Where French consumer law grants a consumer a right of withdrawal for a distance contract, the consumer generally has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise that right without having to provide a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
For digital content or digital services supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may be affected where the consumer has expressly requested that performance begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged the applicable legal consequences.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, PresentID will provide the information and withdrawal procedure required by applicable French consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Section 07
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedure made available by PresentID or through the applicable platform used to purchase the subscription.
Unless applicable law or the relevant subscription terms provide otherwise, cancellation prevents renewal of the subscription but does not automatically create a right to reimbursement for a period already used.
PresentID may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or a material breach of these Terms, while respecting mandatory legal rights and applicable notice or refund requirements.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination.
Section 08
Legal Conformity of the Digital Service
PresentID is responsible for providing the digital service in conformity with the contract and with mandatory legal requirements applicable to digital services supplied to consumers in France.
Where the Service is not in conformity with applicable legal requirements, consumers may have the rights provided by French consumer law, including, where applicable, bringing the Service into conformity, obtaining a price reduction, or terminating the contract under the conditions established by law.
The legal rights described in this section are not replaced or restricted by any voluntary warranty or support policy offered by PresentID.
Section 09
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, infrastructure, or another user's account;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
- circumvent technical restrictions or security mechanisms;
- reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization;
- use the Service in a manner that may damage, overload, disrupt, or interfere with its operation or with other users' access.
Section 10
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Rasa Vision, its software, source code, interface, visual elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to PresentID and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service during the applicable subscription period.
No ownership rights in the software or intellectual property are transferred to you by purchasing or using the Service.
Section 11
Privacy and Personal Data
PresentID processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data-protection legislation.
Information about the categories of personal data processed, the purposes of processing, legal bases, retention periods, user rights, recipients, and applicable contact procedures is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Where the Service requires permissions such as microphone, accessibility, notification, camera, or overlay access, those permissions are used for the relevant functions of the application and remain subject to the applicable privacy and security practices.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes PresentID to process personal data in a manner inconsistent with applicable data-protection law.
Section 12
Voice and Accessibility Features
Rasa Vision provides voice-based and accessibility-oriented features intended to assist users in interacting with compatible Android devices.
Because the operation of these features may depend on device hardware, operating-system settings, accessibility permissions, network availability, speech-processing technologies, and third-party system components, PresentID does not guarantee that every feature will operate identically on every device or under every condition.
Users remain responsible for reviewing information presented by the Service before relying on it for important decisions or actions.
Section 13
Third-Party Services
Rasa Vision may interact with or depend on third-party operating system features, app stores, payment providers, connectivity services, speech technologies, or other external services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. PresentID is not responsible for terms or services that are independently provided by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Section 14
Availability and Updates
PresentID aims to keep Rasa Vision available and operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security updates, technical failures, network problems, device limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Software updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, functionality, or legal compliance.
Section 15
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
PresentID shall not be responsible for failures caused exclusively by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain network failures, third-party service interruptions, operating system limitations, or device incompatibilities, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights available to consumers under French law, including mandatory legal guarantees applicable to digital services.
Section 16
Consumer Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, we encourage you to contact PresentID first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
In accordance with applicable French consumer law, consumers may, where the statutory conditions are satisfied, have the right to refer a dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge after first submitting a complaint to the professional.
Section 17
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply to the consumer based on their place of residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights granted by mandatory provisions of the law applicable to them.
Section 18
Changes to These Terms
PresentID may update these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, security requirements, or business practices.
Where a change materially affects an existing consumer contract, PresentID will provide any notice required by applicable law and will respect any mandatory rights available to the consumer.
The latest version will be made available through the PresentID website.
Section 19
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or replaced to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Section 20
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular service or subscription, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service.
Where mandatory law applies, those legal requirements prevail over any conflicting contractual provision.
